Center for Public Policy Research (CPPR)
The Center for Public Policy Research at the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences) serves as an independent Peshawar-based think tank on public policy and related issues, producing key pieces of policy-oriented research and providing capacity building of public sector professionals in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. EDC was inaugurated in 2003 with the objective to bridge the gap between academia and industry. It has been working for the promotion of Entrepreneurship in the region by adapting different methods. Lincoln Corner
The Lincoln Corner Peshawar, inaugurated on December 4, 2014, is located in the central library of the Institute of Management Sciences in Hayatabad, Peshawar. It was established through a partnership between the Public Affairs section of the US Consulate General in Peshawar and IMSciences and is one of 18 such centers established in Pakistan.
This Corner houses a wide variety of learning resources, including more than 300 books, documentary DVDs, and magazines, as well as online access to over 80,000 books, journals, and other learning resources through the e-Library. Additionally, a new addition to the center is the Creators’ Studio, which provides students with state-of-the-art facilities, including powerful computers and high-tech recording resources, to practice creativity and innovation.
